Does Otter charge for training and support?
Initial on-boarding fees may apply.  Ongoing team training and support resources are included and available in the cost of your subscription.  

Adding a new team member? We'll provide them with complimentary digital training resources. 

We provide a 24/7 access to our online Help Center and provide in-app chat and phone support during business hours (M-F 8am-5pm EST) at no additional cost.
How can I pay and when will I be billed?
As a first step in the sign-up process, we’ll ask you to provide your billing information and company profile.  You may choose between annual payment or monthly payments.  Annual Payments may be paid by check or ACH transfer.  These are paid in full, upfront. Monthly Payments may only be made by Credit Card.  When choosing monthly billing, we pass through a secure 3rd party credit card processor. We will require having a credit card on file prior to providing access to your account.
Can I export my data?
Yes.  Depending on your plan, you can download a complete copy of your OtterClaims data any time as an Excel CSV file. You also have the ability download available reports as a PDF.
